Another duplicate entry:

        {"\u00F1", "&ntilde;"}, // ñ - lowercase n, tilde
        {"\u00F3", "&ograve;"}, // ò - lowercase o, grave accent
        {"\u00F3", "&oacute;"}, // ó - lowercase o, acute accent

first F3 entry should be F2
