    Resolution: Fixed

Committed passwordChange2.patch with one change in r907288.  Per Sebb's comment, the only
mutability needed in CPDSConnectionFactory is the password, so PooledConnectionManager exposes
only setPassword, rather than setUserPassKey.

Dropped extraneous close in the changePassword tests in r907290.
