Phil Steitz resolved DBCP-204.

    Resolution: Fixed

Patch applied with minor changes in r882981.

Changes:
* Allowed PoolableCallableStatement to be closed twice (consistent with new behavior in PoolablePreparedStatement)
* Added test cases
* Javadoc
