Yes.  Older versions are missing from the maven-metdadata.xml file.  We use version ranges
with brackets (eg. [1.2] in our pom.xml).  That maybe why we cannot retrieve the older version.

Can you verify that the previous version of maven-metadata.xml contained previous version
listings?  I don't remember at this point if it did or did not.  Thanks.
