Instead of the constructor, it would be the optimize method.
The pattern is the same as the root solvers. They have an empty constructor or may have constructors
with configuration parameters. They also have setter for example for convergence thresholds.
Once completely setup, possibly in an initialization phase or in a factory or in any way the
main application provides, they can be used to repeatedly find roots on a set of functions.

I'll check in a first try on this so you can provide feedback.
