Subject [jira] Commented: (COMMONSSITE-28) Create code styles for import into IDEs
Date Sat, 26 Apr 2008 20:06:55 GMT

Dennis Lundberg commented on COMMONSSITE-28:

Unfortunately there is not a single common code style for Apache Commons. There are a bunch
of variants. Previous attempts at merging these into one has failed.

That being said, I'm very much in favor of a single code style for Apache Commons.

imported into popular IDEs like Eclipse or IDEA such that contributers can easily follow the
desired formatting rules. Compare [Maven Code Style|].
