Jin Uh commented on NET-162:
----------------------------

Hi,

It seems it only occurs in Windows environment totally at random.
If the same process is executed repeatly in SunOs 5.10, i386 and SunOS 5.8 sparc, it could
able to log out from the remote server successfully without any problem.

> Hi all,
> I have a small class that just logs into a FTP serever and then Logs out
> I tried both of the following lines for logging out
>       1. ftp.logout();
>       2. ftp.sendCommand("quit");
> and they both cause this exception:
> Connected to www.ideas.ie.
> 220 ProFTPD 1.3.0a Server (IDEAs FTP Server) [193.1.99.22]
> 230 User **** logged in.

> Does ftp.disconnect has the same effect as logging out ? Because disconnect function
works allright.
