Simon Kitching resolved LOGGING-116.
------------------------------------

       Resolution: Invalid
    Fix Version/s: 1.1.1

It's not *likely* that this will be changed, but it can certainly be discussed.

However the bug-tracker is not an appropriate place for a discussion of these issues. Please
subscribe to the mail list users@commons.apache.org and post a message there describing what
problems you are encountering.

There is some info about commons-logging packaging here:

> Using commons-logging-api.jar and commons-logging-adapters.jar together leads to duplicate
classes. Jdk14, noop and simple logs are also in the adapters archive which prevents some
tools from working properly. Would it be possible to remove these classes from adapters.
