Oh, regarding the dist structure and files, looks like the documentation for the next step
in the release process mentions the binaries/sources directories, and also the extra HTML
files.

Thanks for testing the RC Rob.

Not sure if it apply to all ignored tests, but some seem to be tests for issues in the code
that need fixing. e.g. CSV-107 and CSV-135, in CSVParserTest and CSVPrinterTest respectively.

Agreed.

I noticed you have these files in [text], and now in [jelly]. But I found no reference in
the release docs I am following [1]. Is it all right to add these files and the directory
structure now when moving from one SVN repo to another one? Did you use some automated script
for that?

Cheers
Bruno

Built with Java8 Maven 3.5.0, and Java7 Maven 3.1.1

ASC, MD5, SHA1 OK.

RAT check OK

CLIRR check OK

Nits:
- Why do we have ignored tests?
- PMD issues -> easy fixes post release.
- Dist directory in svn format (ensure you do this with the release):
    - HEADER.html
    - README.html
    - RELEASE-NOTES.txt
    - binaries
        - bin dists/signatures
    - source
        - src dists/signatures
