Oh I wanted to say site:deploy != site-deploy (the doc refered
previously to site:deploy )

yup will work for a mono module build.
For multi modules: mvn site site:stage scm-publish:publish-scm
BTW this one should work for mono module too (just save fingers mode :-) )

site-deploy is a phase so will create the site first.

should work with: site:stage scm-publish:publish-scm
