As far as I remember, we were trying to improve performance of CSV. We
had some problems with that, because the overall implementation makes
it hard to refactor (objects are reused and passed around as
parameters, etc.). I don't know where we are standing regarding
performance. Maybe sebb can give some input about this.

Also we were discussing how to create CSVFormats and there was no
consensus about that topic
