Has Nexus been enabled for DBUtils?

It's still using the old style Maven coordinates; such components have
to be enabled individually.

You probably need to raise a JIRA for it to be added to Nexus.

Note: changing the coords must only be done in conjunction with
changing the package name; in turn this should only be done if there
is a need to break compatibility.
