Just add a comment with a copy of the SVN commit mail header?

For example, add the following comment:

Committed to SVN as:

Implemented convenience classes for easy access to NIST Statistical
Reference Datasets (StRD).
These classes are used for unit testing of AbstractLeastSquaresOptimizer.
