What about the "Useful for the developer" category? 

I think that we originally mentioned a way to enable/disable the running of
the report generators. E.g. one could call from the command-line:

 mvn site -Dcheckstyle=off -Dfindbugs=on

The issue is to provide a top-level working config, then everyone can easily
run whatever they need.
