Subject [RESULT][VOTE] Release Apache Commons Validator 1.4.0 Based on RC2
Date Fri, 03 Feb 2012 07:58:41 GMT
Hi all guys,

more than 72h have passed and I consider the [VOTE] closed and passes
with the following resolution:

five +1 binding votes from PMCs:

 * Oliver Heger
 * Nick Burch
 * Simone Tripodi
 * Luc Maisonobe
 * Jörg Schaible

one -0 vote from

 * Gary Gregory

I am going to proceed on promoting the release. Gary's worries will be
addressed when redeploying the site.

Thanks everybody who took part to the review!!!
All the best,
-Simo
