Subject Re: [VOTE] Release Apache Commons Gigester 3.2 based on RC2

I'm not crazy happy about the one Clirr error but it seems to have been
explained away satisfactorily.

Non-blockers:

- "TM" in logo is too big IMO.
- Some easy PMDs to fix:
  - Overriding method merely calls super
  - Avoid unused private methods such as 'npeSafeCast(Object)'.

Tested m3 "clean site" with:

Apache Maven 3.0.3 (r1075438; 2011-02-28 12:31:09-0500)
Maven home: C:\Java\apache-maven-3.0.3\bin\..
Java version: *1.7.0_01*, vendor: Oracle Corporation
Java home: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_01\jre
Default locale: en_US, platform encoding: Cp1252
OS name: "windows 7", version: "6.1", arch: "amd64", family: "windows"

Also, no build test failures m3 "clean site":

Apache Maven 3.0.3 (r1075438; 2011-02-28 12:31:09-0500)
Maven home: C:\Java\apache-maven-3.0.3\bin\..
Java version: *1.6.0_29*, vendor: Sun Microsystems Inc.
Java home: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_29\jre
Default locale: en_US, platform encoding: Cp1252
OS name: "windows 7", version: "6.1", arch: "amd64", family: "windows"

Apache Maven 3.0.3 (r1075438; 2011-02-28 12:31:09-0500)

Java version: *1.5.0_22*, vendor: Sun Microsystems Inc.
