For the projects that build using Ant or Maven 1 the list is complete
and really means they use BCEL's trunk when they use BCEL at all.  Note
there is Xalan in the list which means all cases where XSLTs are
processed during the Gump run might execute some portion of BCEL.

For the projects that build using Maven 2/3 the list may be incomplete
since it is enough that BCEL builds before those other projects in order
to make them use BCEL.  Usually - unless something has slipped through -
no mvn built project should be getting the version of BCEL it has
requested but rather trunk instead.
