The project is being actively developed by Long. To report any defects
or propose enhancements (with patches, if any), you can always open an
issue in JIRA (SCXML project, use Affects Version "GSoC", see issue
tracking page on website Long pointed to for details).

For example, if the generated SCXML can contain a <targetConnection>
element as above, or repeat the "target" attribute, that would be a
defect deserving a JIRA ticket.
