It's simply to make it very explicit. Occasionally we see people post to one 
of those lists. Personally I am not even able to give a corrective answer, 
since I am using normally Gmane as interface to the lists.

* "There is only one developer list, and one user list" to "There is only 
one user list, and one developer list"

Add a phrase after the examples like:

"The user's list is normally the appropriate list for all kind of questions, 
even if you try to contact the developers of a component. They are 
subscribed also."
