It seems we are going back and forth. Shouldn't the other [] conventions be listed at the end?

In "The Developer list is for questions and discussion related to the development of Commons
Chain. Questions related to the usage of Commons Chain should be posted to the User list."

Perhaps "Developer list" and "User list" should be hyperlinks.
