Subject how to become a committer?
Date Thu, 06 Aug 2009 01:23:35 GMT
Hi,

Anyone have any tips for becoming a committer around these parts?
Maybe codec could use an extra hand since Henri seems pretty busy
these days.

Here are some patches I'm particularly proud of. These ones in
particular took me around 100-150 hours to put together I think when
you add them all up.

2007:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HTTPCLIENT-613 - https should
check CN of x509 cert

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HTTPCLIENT-614 - allow different
strategies when checking CN of x509 cert

2008:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CODEC-69 - Streaming Base64

2009:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CODEC-75 - URL-Safe Base64
