Yes, it was correct as the initial list, but of course that has
changed since then.

I don't think there is a current list of PMC members on the Commons
website - there probably should be.

However, as a committer, you should be able to access:

https://svn.apache.org/repos/private/committers/board/committee-info.txt

which is the official list of PMC members.
