Hi,

I don't know  SCXML but worked with SIP

+) a SIP message is not a ASCII message but a Java data structure very
similiar to ServletRequest and ServletResponce (afaik SipServletRequest
and SipServletResponse)
+) depending on your requirements you have to parse the SDP's
