I'm piled deep with work etc, both dayjob and Apache [Taglibs, Attic,
JIRA admin, Legal]; but DbUtils is one of the Commons components I pay
attention to and I'm prepared to apply patches.

There's not much in JIRA yet patch wise - nothing that isn't arguable
or a big piece of functionality (StoredProceduresHandler etc).

I think we should make the next version of DbUtils a 1.5 complaint
version with whatever developer ease functionality is desired.
