Subject What is the correct <groupId>?! - WAS Re: [VOTE] Release commons-exec-1.0.0 based on EXEC_1_0_0_RC2 did not pass ....

Hi folks,

can we get an agreement on that and put it into the wiki?  If using
"org.apache.commons.*" makes life easier  I'm happy to use it but we
should have a common understanding first ...
