Is there any UI developed for the connection pool?
--------------------------------------------------

                 Key: DBCP-220
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DBCP-220
             Project: Commons Dbcp
          Issue Type: New Feature
    Affects Versions: 1.2.2
         Environment: Windows, Unix
            Reporter: Bill Liu

Assume the DBCP is used in a servlet environment. Is there a UI component such as a Servlet
that shows the stats of the connection pool? We want the ability to keep track of number of
connections being used, current number of idle and active connections, etc. We also like an
easy way to dynamically change the parameters of the connection pool on the fly (e.g. max
number of active connections). Just wondering if there is something that has been developed
or been considered by the developers?
