JCI is basically split up into

  o fam - the filesystem alteration monitor
  o core - core interfaces and classes
  o compiler implementations for
    - eclipse
    - janinio
    - groovy
    - javac
    - rhino
    - jsr199
  o examples - some examples showing how to use jci
