As far as I know you extracted the library code from lgpl licensed code and
thus, you have to provide your code under lgpl too.

Its not possible to add code to VFS which relies on non ASF licensed code.

Even if there is ongoing discussion about, I'll propose to add this provider to
your sourceforge project.
One can then use it by simply drop the jar in the classpath.

We can put a link on VFS homepage to such 3rd party libraries.

Please reopen the above is not correct.
