If arg0-arg3 doesn't work then I agree its a bug, but at the time it wasn't
clear to me that it was. I've tried arg0-arg3 with the intRange validator in
Struts 1.2.8 and it works fine (using Validator 1.1.4). Having said that, a bug
was reported recently with Validator 1.2.0 and arg0-arg3 (see Bug 38798). If
Yugandhar was using version 1.2.0, then it was probably the cause of the
problem and that has now been fixed and should be available in the next
validator release (1.2.1).

True the struts user guide needs updating, patches are always welcome.
