Summary: [collections] [PATCH] Avoid unnecessary object
                    instantiation with any/all/none/one predicate factory
                    methods
           Product: Commons
           Version: Nightly Builds
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P2
         Component: Collections
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: gudnabrsam@yahoo.com

With bug 37979 resolved, the any/all/none/one predicates allow zero- and one-
element Predicate groups. This patch adds some checking to their static factory
methods to avoid instantiating unnecessary objects.
