Summary: ListOrderedSet add results in separate objects in
                    set/list if equal
           Product: Commons
           Version: 3.1
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Collections
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: genekhart@hotmail.com

If you add an object to ListOrderedSet, and then try to replace the object with
add and the objects are different but equals() is true, you will have two
different objects in the internal list and set so after you do an add, doing a
listorderedset.get(i) will return the old object.
