Hello

First of all, congratulation for your incredible job.
I have tested commons-configuration with a properties file find in the
user-Classpath. This PropertiesConfiguration has a FileChangedReloadingStrategy.
When this file is changed, the protected method hasChanged() from the
FileChangedReloadingStrategy class stucks on the "if
(!configuration.getFile().exists())" line. The file never exists !!!
I have change the AbstractFileConfiguration class by affected to a protected
propertie fileUrl the URL in the "public void load(String fileName)" method.
After, I've changed the getFile  : 
public File getFile()
    {
        //HGerard - MACIF
        return ConfigurationUtils.fileFromURL(this.fileUrl);
        //return ConfigurationUtils.getFile(getBasePath(), getFileName());
    }

and it works. Is this a bug or i don't understand how to use the
PropertiesConfiguration ?
