I've had some problems with the i18n sources,=20 since the existing files seemed to encode German=20 =FC and Swedish =E5=E4=F6 using ANSI=20 (Latin-1/ISO-8859-1/windows-1252) while my=20 patches, when committed by Daniel Florey, got=20 UTF-8 encoding (which led to failed tests). This=20 leads me to wonder, what encoding *should* be used?
