           Summary: jar2exe.c does not compile
           Product: Commons
           Version: 1.0.1 Final
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Daemon
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: robert_longson@standardandpoors.com

apxJavaInitialize had an additional argument added, BOOL bReduceSignals under
revision 140800. jar2exe.c was not modified to call apxJavaInitialise with this
additional argument and no longer compiles. Previously apxJavaInitialize always
executed the reduce signals code, now it does so only if bReduceSignals is TRUE.
According to the documentation this argument should be TRUE if the code is
running as a service and FALSE otherwise. As I don't think jar2exe runs as a
service I think FALSE is the appropriate value for this argument.
