Fixes this problem by using the fully-qualified class name as the attribute key
for PageContext implicit objects

This patch changes the attribute key for PageContext ImplicitObjects. I'm not
entirely sure that changing the attribute name is the correct way to fix this
Class incompatibility problem, but it has been working for me so far.

On the other hand, if the two libraries need to share ImplicitObjects, then
there should probably be a common interface, or a decision to use a common
ImplicitObjects class from one or the other library.
