I am aware of the concurrent modification exceptions. I already added a note to
the comment of the new createIterator() method that the returned iterator must
be able to deal with that. So for BaseConfiguration it might be necessary to
copy the map's keyset into another collection first.

The problem with clearProperty() is that it may become arbitrary complex in a
specific implementation. Firing an event was just one example, another one would
be the autosave feature. I don't want to doublicate this logic in the iterator.
