I will try to implement the wrapper iterator approach. Because
AbstractConfiguration.getKeys() will then contain some logic, this requires a
new abstract method in AbstractConfiguration, say createIterator(). getKeys()
will delegate to this method and then create the wrapper iterator around the
obtained iterator. The getKeys() method in derived classes will have to be
renamed to createIterator().
