The method resolveContainerStore() is only called by methods that return a
scalar value like getString(), getBoolean() etc. It is not involved in
getProperty() calls. So if getProperty() returns a list, this list is passed to
the caller withput modifications.

I think that the name resolveContainerStore() is not very fitting though, it
comes from the ancient times where there was another organization for storing
properties internally.
