Nope, it was committed to trunk. Are you looking at the subversion repository?
The CVS repository is no longer used for commons projects. Info on accessing
subversion is available by following the "Access CVS Repositories" link on the
BeanUtils page (this link name will be fixed sometime; the correct page is
linked *to*, however).
