[PATCH] BeanUtislBean - fix for problem identified by Wendy Smoak

This patch fixes the "IllegalArgumentException - argument type mismatch" issues
identified by Wendy Smoak that I described above.

Basically it changes the BeanUtilsBean setProperty() method to only use the
getIndexedPropertyType() from IndexedPropertyDescriptor if an "element" of an
indexed property is being set. Does this by checking if a value of the index
has been identified from the property name (i.e. if index >=0). If not then it
now uses the PropertyDescriptor's getPropertyType() method as per regular
properties.
