BooleanConverter patch to allow "t"/"f" and other Strings for matching
TRUE/FALSE

Patch to BooleanConverter that adds "t" and "f" as standard recognized values.
Also addes capability for client to add arbitrary Strings to be mapped to
TRUE/FALSE via addTrueString(String) and addFalseString(String) methods.
Also included new JUnit test that (I think) covers most usage patterns of
BooleanConverter.
