I've tried this (not with IIS, as I dont have it) and it works fine. I can list
directories like:

FTPFile[] files = client.listFiles("/program files/online services");

And I get the correct listing back. 

I have also found that :

"MS FTP server (including IIS 4.0) fails to list files and directories with
spaces if the file is explicitly asked for (wild cards are ok as are long file
names without spaces)" (http://www.mabry.com/faq/ftp0000.htm)

So this is definitely not a Commons::Net issue (I have also verified that the
FTP client sends the correct "LIST /foo/foo bar" command).

Marking as WONTFIX.
