Right, which is why it's not at iBiblio.

However, the project.xml effectively points to iBiblio and so my
change was just to make them be broken in the same way. What should
happen in the build.xml I guess is that it has a "if not in lib,
output a message telling the user to download the javamail/ibiblio
separately" bit.

I'll take a stab at that tomorrow if anyone wants me to.

An automated build system (gump?) could handle this by having a
private repository that isn't published.
