[email] dumpster bogus smtp server fails on tests

It turns out that the smtp.jar is required dumpster or not, 

even the minimal example below requires smtp.jar to connect to dumpster.. DOHH.. Its always
the 
simple things.. 

  		SimpleSmtpServer server = SimpleSmtpServer.start(2500);
  		try {
  		
  		
			this.email.setFrom("foo@bar.com");
			this.email.addTo("mark@domain.com");
			this.email.setHostName("localhost");
			this.email.setSmtpPort(2500);
			this.email.getMailSession().setDebug(true);
			
			
			
			System.out.println("SMTP is running:"+ !server.isStopped());
			
			this.email.send();
			server.stop();
			
		} catch (Exception e) {
			e.printStackTrace();
			fail("Cant send mail.");
		}
