It looks like the method:

(1) public static byte[] encodeBase64(byte[] binaryData, boolean isChunked) 

could be refactored to call a new method:

(2) public static byte[] encodeBase64(byte[] binaryData, boolean isChunked,
byte[] encodeAlphabet)

Method (2) is like method (1) with an additional encodeAlphabet argument.

Any thoughts from anyone? 

Any patches (with unit tests ;-) are welcomed as usual.
