FTPClient is a little overburdened with convenience methods, so I don't
think we want to add more methods with extra arguments.  If you want to
track the progress of a file transfer, you can use storeFileStream.  All
of these convenience functions, including your proposed enhancement could
be refactored into a separate class or a subclass.  I'm non-committal
about any of the possible approaches to this issue, so I'm leaving the
issue as NEW and deferring to the input other Commons Net developers and users.
commons-dev is probably the right place for enhancement discussions.
