JavaScript email validation doesn't accept 4 letter TLDs (.info,.name)

Summary: JavaScript email validation doesn't accept 4 letter TLDs
                    (.info,.name)
           Product: Commons
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Validator
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: jan@dittberner.info

The javascript part of commons-validator's email validation (checked against
version 1.1.3) doesn't support 4 letter TLDs (as .info or .name).

I'll attach a patch for the issue
