[configuration] JNDI prefix can't be changed once getContext() has been called

           Summary: [configuration] JNDI prefix can't be changed once
                    getContext() has been called
           Product: Commons
           Version: 1.0 Alpha
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Configuration
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: smanux@lfjr.net

In JNDIConfiguration, the prefix is used only once when getContext() is called
for the first time. Once the context is initialized, changing the prefix has no
effect, the old one is always used.
