need property for removing objects above min

Summary: need property for removing objects above min
           Product: Commons
           Version: 1.2 Final
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Pool
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: david.rosenstark@corp.idt.net

In GenericObjectPool, the evict thread removes all objects when minIdleTimeout
has been exceeded, including the min number we want to have avaialable at all
times. It would be a good idea to be able to have a param that removes all extra
objects above minIdle but leaves the minIdle ones intact.
