  RandomAccess
  
  Random read/write for local and smb (jcifs) files.
  Random read for http.
  
  Use file.getContent().getRandomAccessContent(RandomAccessMode)
  to get access to it.
  As the jdk RandomAccessFile the DataInput/DataOutput interfaces are implemented.
